An aromatic curry with a rich taste that spreads in the mouth.
Suggestion of ingredients (12 portions)
Beef (or chicken, lamb, shrimp) 900g, carrots 250g, potato 300g *It is desirable that all the ingredients be minced. 2 tablespoons of oil, water 1200ml, S & B Golden Curry Mix 1 package *for half a package (6port): Use the ingredients with 660ml.
- In a large skillet, sauté the meat and vegetables in the oil, over medium heat, for 5 minutes.
- Add water and bring to spinit. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer until the ingredients are tender for about 15 minutes
- Remove from heat, break the S & B Golden Curry into pieces and pour them into the pan. Stir until the pieces of curry sauce are well incorporated. Simmer for about 5min, while stirring.
- Serve hot with rice or pasta
