
Rice flour for Okonomiyaki
This flour for Okonomiyaki is made from rice and contains neither wheat nor ingredients of animal origin. It contains rice flour of the GIFU prefecture, US chickpea flour of the United States, Hokkaido potato starch and Japan Shiitake fungus powder. Instead of the chemical yeast, we use the baking soda of Mongolia inner as an expansion agent.

Rice flour, chickpeas powder, potato starch, algae powder, salt, shitake powder, powder to lift: sodium bicarbonate.
