Yasai ni oishii ninniku miso
This Miso is obtained by mixing three types of miso (spicy rice miso, sweet white rice miso, Korean gochujang).
Each type of miso with its own characteristics, we have created a deep flavor with a well-balanced taste of umami, sweetness, saltiness and spiciness.
It goes well with raw, boiled and grilled vegetables, and it can be used not only as a seasoning to make fish and meat dishes even more delicious, but also as a side dish for rice or simply as a delicious snack.
