Biscuit Beaver
The original classic taste! Crispy fried arare (puffed rice) sprinkled with Naruto's roasted salt: the umami flavor of kombu and the right amount of salt come together perfectly.
Since its release in 1970, this crispy snack has been an iconic food of Hokuriku, long appreciated as a regional soul.
These crackers, made from 100% glutinous rice grown in the Hokuriku region, have a crispy texture and are enhanced with the umami flavor of Hidaka kombu seaweed and Naruto roasted salt.
Their delicious taste is addictive once you start eating them.
The product's name comes from the fact that its shape resembles the tooth of the beaver figurine displayed at the Canadian pavilion of the 1970 Osaka World Expo, lined up with two candies.
