Seasoning Méo
This product is a Miso seasoned by Nakamo, a miso store whose story goes back more than 180 years. This miso sauce is based on a rich red dashi (broth) that has been left rest for a long time and finished with an elegant softness. Just pour it over Nagoya's specialties like Misokatsu, Miso Dengaku and grilled aubergine. You can also use it on the Takoyaki (octopus), okonomiyaki (salty pancakes) and any other food to the taste of Nagoya.
