Yamagen - Sekhan Rice with Red Beans 420g

Sekihan Okowa red rice

Ideal for birthdays and other special occasions. Simply cook and mix to obtain authentic Japanese sticky rice.

Pressure cooker preparation

• Mix together all the ingredients contained in the package, then add 250 ml of water and a pinch of salt to the pressure cooker.
• Once cooked, mix well and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes in the pressure cooker.

Microwave preparation

• Place the glutinous rice in a container, add 250 ml of water and let it sit for 30 minutes before cooking.
• Next, add the sachet of red beans and stock, along with a pinch of salt, then mix. Cover with plastic wrap and heat for 15 minutes at 600W.
• Remove the mixture, stir, then put it back in the microwave for another 5 minutes.
