
Udon wheat noodles
Udon noodles that have the firmness and the thirsty qualities of the authentic Sanuki noodles. The wheat flour used for the ingredients has been improved to give a more elastic and more soft texture.
- Immerse the noodles in a large amount of boiling water (for 1 sachet of noodles provide for about 3 liters of water).
- Stir from time to time and cook the noodles on a big heat for about 6 minutes and 30 seconds.
- Clean the noodles well with water.
- Arrange the noodles in a bowl and serve with a soup base.
Suggestion: you can add seasonal vegetables, chopped leek, chilli, spices ...
Please note: if you are too cook, or if you use lukewarm water, noodles will lose their taste and flavor.
