Potato starch

Hokuren flour is made from 100% pure potato starch produced in Hokkaido . With its excellent whiteness, light and thick, this flour can be used in both Japanese and Western dishes. You can thicken soups and sauces and also flavor and brown foods for frying or grilling.

After opening, be sure to reseal the bag tightly to prevent moisture from entering. Try to use the remaining flour as quickly as possible.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and light.
