Japanese sushi ginger 50g
With its fresh and spicy taste, Clearspring Sushi Ginger stimulates the appetite and tones the taste buds. It can be consumed directly from the packaging, and is thus named because it is almost always served with sushi or sashimis, to clean the palate between the bites. Clearspring Sushi Ginger goes well with Western and Asian dishes. Cut them into slats and add them to salads, fried rice or noodles, jumped or use them directly from the package as a perfect complement for tempura and other fried foods, fish and, of course, sushi ! It has a superb flavor and has been prepared from young tender ginger roots, finely trenched, briefly hurried to salt then marinated in high quality rice vinegar. It is unsweetened and its color naturally comes from red shiso grass. On the other hand, ginger pickles found in sushi bars and take-away sushi packs invariably contain sugar, dyes and cheap vineyards.
