Clearspring - Ginger for Japanese sushi 50g
With its fresh and spicy taste, Clearspring Sushi Ginger stimulates appetite and tones the taste buds. It can be consumed directly from the packaging, and is so named because it is almost always served with sushi or sashimis, to clean the palate between the bites. Clearspring Sushi Ginger goes well with Western and Asian dishes. Cut them into strips and add them to salads, fried rice or noodles, jumped or use them directly from the package as a perfect complement for tempura and other fried food, fish and, of course, sushi ! It has a superb flavor and was prepared from young tender ginger roots, finely sliced, briefly pressed with salt and then marinated in high quality rice vinegar. It is not sweet and its color naturally comes from red shiso grass. On the other hand, ginger pickles found in sushi bars and sushi packs to be taken invariably contain sugar, dyes and cheap vinegar.
