This drink is made from a genuine ume infusion, prepared with perfectly ripe plums from the southern part of Wakayama Prefecture. Free from additives such as acidifiers, flavorings, or artificial colorings, it offers a flavor true to traditional umeshu, thanks in particular to the addition of components derived from plum kernels. Its light and refreshing sweetness comes from the use of organic blue agave syrup.
