This product uses organically grown white radishes from a designated farm (Yunnan Province, China), recognized by a certification body registered with the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.

Rehydration method

After rinsing the dried radishes, soak them in water for 10 to 15 minutes. Their weight will increase approximately fivefold after rehydration. (This process eliminates unpleasant odors, but prolonged soaking can reduce their sweetness and flavor.)

Precautions for use

Even before opening, the sugars in the product may brown over time, but this does not affect its use. (To prevent discoloration, store the product in the refrigerator, preferably in the freezer.)
