1. You have to remove the konjac vermicells from the bag
2. drain
3. Rinse with cold water (to remove their smell)
4. 1 minute in boiling water
5. Rinse with cold water again
6. Drain

Then you can either eat them directly in salad for example or cook them in any type of dish (melted, blow them up, ...)
