Yuki Funmatsu Cha (kabuse)
This JAS organic powdered green tea is made from Japanese sencha grown using the traditional kabusecha method. Before harvesting, the tea plants are covered with shade nets to develop a leaf richer in umami, offering a sweet, round, and intensely fragrant flavor. This traditional Japanese process also results in a characteristic deep green color and high aromatic quality.
