Rayu Chili Oil

S&B La-Yu is primarily made from extracts of selected red chilies. Using their own unique expertise and manufacturing techniques, a spicy, flavorful, and intensely colored extract is produced, to which sesame oil is then added. It is characterized by a burst of heat, a vibrant red color, and the savory flavor of sesame oil.

Can be used with dim sum sauce, as a condiment for noodles in soup, as a seasoning for stir-fried meats and vegetables, in Chinese salad dressing, as a filling for sushi rolls or as a dipping sauce with mayonnaise.
