Chikuwa Konjac
Made from carefully selected Konjac potatoes shaped in Chikuwa. It is delicious not only in oden, but also when it is cooked with for example meat, carrots of green beans.
After having seated it rinse and drained in a colander, it is even better boiled in hot or fried water in the pan.
