Vermicelle of Konjac
- You have to remove the konjac vermicells from the bag
- drain
- Rinse with cold water (to remove their smell)
- 1 minute in boiling water
- Rinse with cold water again
- Drain
Then you can either eat them directly in salad for example or cook them in any type of dish (melted, blow them up, ...)
