SKU XX272

A special enameled cast iron takoyaki pan for gas cooker "Tetsu Imono Takoyaki-Ki" Before use
  • Make sure there are no gaps or cracks on the main board.
  • Wash the main tray well before use.
  • At first, the tray is not yet soaked with oil, so generously pour edible oil over the entire surface of the tray after wiping it well, wait for about 3 minutes on medium heat, then wipe the oil with absorbent paper. You don't need to do this every time you use it, just the first 1-2 times.
Precautions for use
  • At first, the food may stick to the tray several times, please note this. Repeated use will allow the oil to soak in, making cooking less sticky. Be sure to apply a thin layer of edible oil before use.
  • If you put dough in the tray before it is hot, it will stick. After pouring oil, preheat for about 2 minutes over medium heat before starting cooking.
  • If the takoyakis are severely sticking, soak the entire utensil in water for about 10 minutes to soften them, then gently peel them off. Using part of a chopstick can also be effective.
  • Use on medium or low heat when heating.
  • After prolonged use, the gas stove sensor may react, the power may decrease or the gas may stop, but you can continue to use the product by turning off the heat for a while or reducing the power.
Please note specially
  • Due to the metal material, it cannot be used in a microwave oven.
  • The tray becomes very hot during and after cooking. Be sure to use gloves and be careful of burns.
  • When cooking or after cooking, always use a thick trivet. Avoid using it on heat-sensitive surfaces like vinyl tables.
  • Never use it on a stovetop. There is a risk of burns in the event of a fall or abnormal heating.
  • Interview
  • After use, clean the tray with a sponge dampened with neutral detergent after it has cooled.
  • After cleaning, wipe off the moisture well, heat over low heat to dry it, turn off the heat and apply a thin layer of edible oil with absorbent paper. Be careful of burns during this operation.
  • Avoid humidity when storing. Given the risk of falling, store it downstairs.
