Ume Su is a traditional Japanese seasoning, which is reported that it goes back to the EDO period in the 1600s. It gains popularity around the world for its very unique flavor profile. Its spicy similar to vinegar adds a rich flavor to a wide variety of dishes, including salads, dip, vegetables, vinaigrettes, marinades and even as secret ingredient in cocktails.
