This 2014 vintage Umeshu (plum liqueur) is carefully prepared under appropriate conditions of temperature and humidity. It is aged in French oak barrels using a simple but ancestral method. During this period, this Umeshu acquires its dark amber color with a long and complex finish. Its pleasant sweetness and rich bouquet are perfectly balanced with a slight acidity from the fruits.
