Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order provided that either before shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can react in time. If the goods have already been shipped, you can refuse to accept them or return them after receiving them. After checking your return, we will refund the shipping and packaging costs. Shipping your return are your responsibility.

What if I do not get the right product?

If you have received an item that is not the one you ordered, please contact us using the form. We will respond as soon as possible. Please tell us your name and order number.

I ordered the products but I have not received them.

Sometimes an item is missing after the confirmation of your order. If an item is out of stock, we will remove all items out of stock of the order and will contact you by email. We will refund the difference and then send you the items that are in stock.
In the unlikely event that more than half of the items are out of stock, we will contact you to ask for a new order.

The rice bag I received was torn, what should I do?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately so that we can return the product or refund.
When you contact us, please provide the following details of your order.

    • damaged or defective Product Details
    • A detailed picture of the damaged product
    • A shipping ticket attached to the box
    • The item code and quantity of the damaged item
